| Kristie Wagner | My Dad came home on hospice on March 12, 2024 and we initially had another agency assisting us with his care. After a short time we realized that we needed to make a change to his care givers and we reached out to Winnie at Rhapsody. She returned my call on Easter Sunday and indicated that as soon as we wanted to make the change she would be ready. We called her on a Wednesday morning and she had a caregiver at the house that evening. We requested two 12 hour shifts which she was able to accommodate on very short notice. The caregiver that arrived on Wednesday evening was a true angel, she was 100% focused on my Dad and showed the utmost compassion for both him and the entire family. We had three other caregivers from Rhapsody that helped us with our Dad and they too were wonderful. Rhapsody helped us through an extremely difficult time and there are not words strong enough to articulate our thanks and appreciation. If we, or others that we know need this type of care, we would strongly recommend Rhapsody, they go above and beyond the call of duty.

| Kathy Rawson | In 2019 my Aunt had three surgeries and spent four months in the hospital. She was unable to be on her own any longer. As we were preparing to have her leave rehab we were told about a Company called Rhapsody and they had had good feedback.
After I had investigated other long term, 24/7 care, we decided to hire Rhapsody Healthcare Services. It was the best decision we made.
They were very accommodating to personality and needs.
The owner, Winny a nurse, was there immediately or in a very timely fashion when called upon to address any special issue that would arise.
My aunt had to go back to the hospital so we had to chang her caretaker on her return. The caretaker was with my aunt for 2 3/4 years. Her job was difficult in the end as dementia set in and she handled that with grace and stuck it out till the end.
I think choosing Rhapsody was the best decision we made.
We have actually hired them and the same caretaker for my husbands, Mom. It is working out wonderfully.
Great meals, kept clean; bedding and Mom, feeding, clean house, laundry, friendly, caring, immediately there for any needs that arise.

| Sherry Weiland | Tina provided care for my mother for close to 2 years. She dealt with my mother’s dementia, inability to walk or do anything else for herself. She cooked all her meals, made sure she took her medications, bathed and dressed her and did so on not enough sleep as my mother did not sleep through the night and would wake Tina. I could not have handled my mother’s care without her. I think Tina was as upset as I was when my mother passed. |

We loved that he was able to stay in his own home instead of being in a nursing home (he loved it, too!) what kept him going during his final hospitalization was the hope of getting back home with his primary aide, who was like family to us all.
